Commission + Bonuses | Average Monthly: $4,300 – $8,300
Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM | One Saturday/Month | 4-Day Work Week Option Available

Bell Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to become a key part of our team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to identify their vehicle repair and service needs
• Build long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Uphold company standards in professionalism, ethics, and customer care
• Monitor each vehicle’s progress and communicate updates to customers
• Maximize sales through service recommendations and retail promotions
• Supervise technicians to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely job completion
• Oversee parts ordering and workflow for customer vehicles
• Participate in and oversee quality control processes
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Automotive service advisor experience required
• Accredited training in customer service, quality control, or service advisor skills is a plus
• Ability to connect with a wide range of customers
• Strong focus and task management even in a busy environment
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (THC not included)
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software

Compensation & Schedule:

• Average earnings: $4,300 – $8,300/month (Commission only plus Bonuses)
• Full-time hours: Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM
• One Saturday per month (7 AM–5 PM)
• 4-day work week option available
