At The Bellflower at Whispering Ridge, an Agemark Senior Living community, we're looking for a friendly and dependable Server who enjoys connecting with residents and making every dining experience special. What You’ll Do

• Provide Friendly Service: Welcome residents, take meal orders, and serve food and beverages with care and attention.

• Make Every Meal Special: Get to know residents, remember their preferences, and create a positive dining experience.

• Support Special Events: Help with celebrations, community gatherings, and special dining occasions.

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

• Be a Team Player: Work alongside coworkers to provide timely, quality service to residents.

What You’ll Bring

• Friendly Personality: A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of helping others.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact warmly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.

• Dependability: Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Team Spirit: A willingness to pitch in and support your coworkers.

• Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
