Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, and McLaren vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards.
  • Use structured diagnostic procedures to verify concerns, isolate faults, and determine the appropriate repair.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and vehicle communication network concerns using manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and technical service information.
  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections and clearly communicate findings, recommended repairs, and additional diagnostic requirements to service advisors and shop management.
  • Maintain accurate repair order documentation, including diagnostic steps, test results, identified faults, corrective actions, and supporting information for warranty claims.
  • Follow established repair procedures, inspection checklists, and quality-control processes. Verify completed repairs through functional testing and road tests, as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with shop management and dispatch to support workload across all four brands, meet agreed-upon completion times, and promptly communicate delays or additional needs.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, vehicle protection, safety, tool organization, and shop cleanliness.
  • Participate in manufacturer training and develop the technical knowledge and certifications necessary to support the dealership’s brands.

Qualifications

  • BMW or MINI dealership technician experience strongly preferred. Candidates with strong diagnostic experience at other European automotive brands will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical concerns using a systematic, evidence-based approach.
  • Proficiency with manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, technical service information, and vehicle programming procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistent adherence to established processes, and a commitment to completing repairs correctly the first time.
  • Willingness to regularly work across multiple luxury and exotic brands and complete the manufacturer training needed to develop proficiency.
  • Strong written documentation, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned repairs, and collaborate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and shop management.
  • Manufacturer certifications or ASE certifications preferred. High-voltage and electric-vehicle training is a plus.
  • Previous Lamborghini, McLaren, Bentley, or Rolls-Royce experience is welcome but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets dealership requirements.
