Service Lane/Service Advisor assistant

Bell & Bell GMC in Little River, SC is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Lane/Service Advisor assistant to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency within our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Advisors in managing customer inquiries and appointments.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Service BDC 
• Ensure accurate documentation of service records and customer communication.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus.
