Our busy automotive dealership is seeking a highly motivated Internet Lead Sales Person who excels at working the entire deal, "cradle to grave."
We're not just looking for someone to set appointments; we need a true sales pro who can nurture leads, answer questions, overcome objections, present figures, and finalize the sale – all predominantly through digital communication and phone calls.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers via email, phone, text, and video.
- Qualify customer needs and identify the perfect vehicle.
- Provide detailed product information and conduct virtual walk-arounds.
- Negotiate pricing and present financing options.
- Seamlessly transition customers from online interest to in-dealership visits (when applicable) or complete the entire sales process remotely.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for future sales and referrals.
- Utilize CRM software effectively to track and manage leads.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Internet Sales Professional in an automotive dealership is preferred!
- Demonstrated ability to work deals from "cradle to grave" – you own the entire sales process.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with automotive CRM systems and internet sales tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a true team player.
