Parts Sales Consultant

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Parts Sales Consultant to support our WHOLESALE and retail customers. Candidates should have solid knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts, excellent multitasking skills, and familiarity with dealership DMS systems.

Primary Duties:

• Handle retail and wholesale parts orders in person and by phone

• Utilize manufacturer parts catalogs and ordering platforms (GM EPC, Isuzu, etc.)

• Collaborate with service advisors and techs for timely job completion

• Conduct daily inventory reviews and participate in stock replenishment

• Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns, and warranty claims

Qualifications:

• 2+ years automotive parts experience (preferably in a dealership setting)

• Proficiency in parts lookup tools and DMS software (CDK/ADP preferred)

• Clear understanding of automotive systems and components

• Ability to communicate technical information to customers and coworkers

Compensation:
Hourly + Commission (Based on experience)
