Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Wellness Sales Associate to join our team. This front-line role is responsible for welcoming clients, selling memberships, and ensuring an exceptional in-studio experience. You’ll also support community outreach and contribute to maintaining a clean, relaxing studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Educate clients on beem™ services and membership benefits
• Drive membership and package sales through consultative selling
• Host studio events and assist with local outreach opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of studio, including refreshing private sauna suites between guests sessions, studio cleaning, folding towels for guests and helps ensure the effortless flow of the studio to maximize the guest experience.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-ins, scheduling, phone/email inquiries, POS transactions
• Track and follow up with leads using our internal systems
• Promote current promotions, new services, and retail products
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service at all times
• Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas to improve studio performance
• Adhere to all studio policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Morning, evening and weekend availability
