Beaver Mitsubishi is seeking an engaging and service-oriented Guest Services Host to be the welcoming face of our dealership. As a Guest Services Host, you will create memorable first impressions for all who walk through our doors, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention and a warm, inviting experience. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and contribute to a supportive, guest-focused team within a respected organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Offer complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, or cold bottled water)
  • Create a relaxing and elevated first impression
  • Communicate guest arrival to the appropriate team member
  • Escort or introduce guests to a Guest Experience Manager for a seamless handoff
  • Keep the reception and welcome area clean, calm, and guest-ready

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
  • Polished appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Naturally friendly and attentive to detail
  • Calm and composed in a fast-paced or luxury environment
  • Team player who enjoys making others feel special and seen
