Beauregard Equipment – Knox, ME
Full Time
Beauregard Equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Knox, Maine location. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including sales, parts, and service, while supporting the growth and development of the branch's sales team.
The Branch Manager's primary role is to lead, coach, and support the outside sales representative, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to successfully manage customers, build relationships, generate opportunities, and close equipment deals. The right candidate will know when to coach from the sidelines and when to step in and help move a deal forward. This position is not about taking over the salesperson's customers—it is about developing a successful salesperson and helping them become more effective.
The Knox branch serves a close-knit agricultural and business community where relationships and reputation matter. The ideal candidate will understand the farming community, be comfortable building relationships with customers, and recognize that in a small community, everyone knows everyone.
For more than 50 years, Beauregard Equipment has been a trusted leader in the construction and agricultural equipment industry, providing premium products, exceptional service, and long-standing partnerships across New England.

- Step in directly with a customer or sales opportunity when your involvement is needed to help close the deal or resolve an issue
- Teach and encourage the sales representative to take ownership of their customers and sales opportunities rather than taking over the sales process
- Hold regular discussions with the sales representative regarding pipeline activity, opportunities, follow-up, and sales goals
- Help identify areas where the sales representative can improve and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
- Build strong relationships with key agricultural, construction, and business customers in the local community
