Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator

Beacon Home Care is currently seeking a Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring that client care needs are met by effectively coordinating caregiver schedules.

Position Details:

• Part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time hybrid role
• Candidates must reside in Sarasota or nearby areas, as occasional in-office work (1–2 days per week) will be required in the future

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage
• Coordinate shift assignments and handle last-minute changes
• Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff
• Utilize scheduling software, including WellSky, to track and update schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client care requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with WellSky software preferred
• Compassion and a genuine passion for serving seniors

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
• Additional benefits available
