Ford Service Advisor

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ per year (based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle status and completion times.
• Ensure repairs are completed to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Ford dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
