What You’ll Do

• Build long-term relationships with customers and create an unforgettable experience

• Use a consultative sales approach—ask great questions, listen, and guide customers to the right vehicle

• Master our product lineup, features, and technologies

• Deliver energetic, professional vehicle presentations

• Follow up with customers to drive referrals and repeat business

• Tackle objections confidently and close deals with integrity

• Collaborate with Sales Managers on goals, activity plans, and performance

• Show up with a positive attitude and your best effort—every day

What You Bring

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Flexible schedule, including weekends

• A self-starter mentality and a drive to succeed

• Strong communication skills with both customers and teammates

• Professional appearance

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
