Massage Therapist

Do you want a flexible schedule and a fun and dynamic interdisciplinary team to work with? We are looking for a Massage Therapist who is passionate about promoting a holistic approach to personal health. Our ideal candidate is familiar with various massage services that can help reduce pain and stress, such as deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, and lymphatic drainage massage. They must have a desire to work with older adults and make the client feel comfortable.

Skills:

• Successful completion of board-approved massage school, massage program, transfer program or apprenticeship program
• Excellent knowledge of massage techniques, pain relief, and healthy-living principles
• Working knowledge of safety procedures for massage therapists and physical training exercises
• Valid license to practice massage therapy
• Comfort or familiarity working with older adults
• New grads welcome to apply

Wage: $30.00-45.00/hour DOE
Pay frequency is twice a month (10th and 25th)

Through our partnership with Bayview Senior Living, we provide rehabilitative and preventative opportunities for Bayview residents and community members to explore movement, challenge their bodies, and learn about personal health management. We serve people 62 years and older.
