Title: Experienced Automotive Biller at Bay Ridge Subaru

Job Summary:
Bay Ridge Subaru is seeking an Experienced Automotive Biller to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the automotive industry. As an Automotive Biller, you will be responsible for handling billing and administrative tasks related to vehicle sales and services. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and process vehicle sales and service invoices
- Enter vehicle sales and service transactions into billing systems
- Review and verify all billing information for accuracy
- Communicate with customers about billing and payment inquiries
- Process and track payments from customers and maintain records
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle registration and titling
- Work closely with the finance team and sales team to ensure accuracy of transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive billing or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with billing software
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
