Bay Ridge Honda is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the daily operations of a fast-paced and supportive dealership environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and departments across the dealership

  • Manage daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and record keeping

  • Assist in scheduling, internal communication, and workflow coordination

  • Prepare reports, handle basic correspondence, and maintain organized documentation

  • Support customer service efforts as needed

Note: All daily functions will be taught — no prior automotive experience necessary. We will train the right candidate!
