Bay Ridge Honda is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the daily operations of a fast-paced and supportive dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to managers and departments across the dealership

Manage daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and record keeping

Assist in scheduling, internal communication, and workflow coordination

Prepare reports, handle basic correspondence, and maintain organized documentation

Support customer service efforts as needed
Note: All daily functions will be taught — no prior automotive experience necessary. We will train the right candidate!
