We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join Basney BMW Mazda as a General Maintenance team member. This role involves general facility maintenance to ensure our property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained, including basic building repair and winter time snow removal and salting.

Responsibilities

• General facility maintenance for lot care
• Landscaping tasks including lawn care and plant maintenance
• Cardboard and trash removal to maintain cleanliness
• Tire removal and organization
• General cleaning of interior and exterior areas
• Basic building repair
• Winter time snow removal and salting
• Cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Scrap metal collection, sorting, and transporting

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
• Clean Driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependability and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and energy when talking with customers
• Previous maintenance or landscaping experience preferred but not required

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per week, paid weekly
