Tow Truck Driver (Internal Dealership Support)

The Tow Truck Driver is responsible for supporting dealership operations through safe and efficient transport of vehicles. This is an internal position working exclusively on behalf of Bartow Ford - no outside or for - hire towing.  

CDL preferred but not required.

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Hours and schedules may vary. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Safely transporting customer and dealership vehicles to and from designated locations 

• Support Sales, Service, and Body Shop departments with internal towing needs 

• Assist with vehicle pickups, transfers, and deliveries 

• Perform routine inspections and maintain cleanliness of the tow truck 

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management 

• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws at all times 

• Maintain accurate, timely records of services for company 

Requirements: 

• Must submit to a background check and drug test 

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record 

• Must be at least 18 years of age 

• Previous towing or vehicle transport experience required 

• Strong attention to safety and detail 

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently 

• Professional and courteous when interacting with customers
