The Tow Truck Driver is responsible for supporting dealership operations through safe and efficient transport of vehicles. This is an internal position working exclusively on behalf of Bartow Ford - no outside or for - hire towing.
CDL preferred but not required.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Hours and schedules may vary.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transporting customer and dealership vehicles to and from designated locations
- Support Sales, Service, and Body Shop departments with internal towing needs
- Assist with vehicle pickups, transfers, and deliveries
- Perform routine inspections and maintain cleanliness of the tow truck
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws at all times
- Maintain accurate, timely records of services for company
Requirements:
- Must submit to a background check and drug test
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous towing or vehicle transport experience required
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional and courteous when interacting with customers
