We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Shop Foreman to lead our service team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting technician development while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workflow of service technicians

• Dispatch work efficiently to maximize shop productivity

• Assist technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs

• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time

• Maintain high standards for quality control and comebacks

• Monitor flagged hours, efficiency, and technician performance

• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to technicians

• Ensure compliance with Ford warranty procedures and policies

• Promote safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop

• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Manager to meet department goals

Qualifications:

• Ford experience preferred (Senior Master or Master Certification highly desirable)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proven leadership experience in a dealership service department

• Ability to motivate and mentor technicians

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity
