Sales Professionals earn a $2,000 monthly guarantee to start, and our top performers consistently earn over six figures annually.

What You'll Do 

• Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Build rapport and understand each customer's vehicle needs
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Guide customers through financing options and required paperwork
• Follow up with prospects to maintain relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain product knowledge on models, features, and incentives
• Achieve sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
