WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support Classroom Learning: Assist the Lead Teacher with lessons, activities, and daily routines.

• Engage Young Learners: Supervise and interact with children while encouraging their learning, growth, and development.

• Prepare Learning Materials: Organize classroom supplies and help create fun, engaging learning experiences.

• Keep Children Safe: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and safe classroom.

• Build Strong Relationships: Develop positive connections with children, families, and fellow team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

• Able to work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher and other staff members.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Assistant Teacher
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Work Location: On-site (telework not available)

Schedule:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts

• Part-time: 3+ hours per day

• Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
