Bambini Montessori Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our team! If you love helping young children learn, explore, and grow, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist Lead Teachers with classroom activities and daily routines.

• Supervise, engage, and support children's learning and development.

• Prepare and organize classroom materials.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.

• Help create a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Caring, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with young children.

• Willingness to assist teachers and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

JOB DETAILS

Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available.

Schedule:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts.

• Part-time: 3+ hours per day.

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Location: On-site only; telework is not available.
