As a Teacher Aide, you'll work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom.

 

What You'll Do:

• Assist with classroom lessons, activities, and daily routines.

• Supervise, engage, and encourage children's learning and development.

• Prepare and organize classroom materials.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom.

• Promote positive behavior, social skills, and meaningful interactions.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.

• Support a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Patient, caring, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with young children

• Able to assist with classroom routines and maintain a safe learning environment

 

JOB DETAILS

 

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Schedule:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts

• Part-time: 3+ hours per day

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

Work Setting: On-site only; no telework available.
