YOUR ROLE: HELP LITTLE LEARNERS SHINE!

 

As a Teacher Aide, you'll work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel supported and encouraged to thrive.

 

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom activities, lessons, and daily routines.

• Supervise, engage, and support children throughout the day.

• Help prepare, organize, and maintain classroom materials.

• Keep the classroom clean, safe, organized, and welcoming.

• Encourage children's learning, development, and positive interactions.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.

• Contribute to a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• A caring, patient, and dependable approach to working with young children

• Ability to assist with classroom routines and maintain a safe learning environment

 

JOB DETAILS

 

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Schedule Options:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts

• Part-time: 3+ hours per day

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

Work Location: On-site only; telework is not available.
