YOUR ROLE: HELP LITTLE LEARNERS SHINE

 

As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom activities, lessons, and daily routines.

• Supervise, engage with, and encourage children as they explore, learn, and develop new skills.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain classroom materials and learning activities.

• Help keep the classroom clean, safe, organized, and welcoming.

• Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom responsibilities and children's needs.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.

• Contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere that supports children's overall growth and development.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

We’re looking for someone who is patient, reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to support young learners.

 

Qualifications:

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A caring attitude, dependability, and a willingness to support children's learning and development.

JOB DETAILS

 

Position: Assistant Teacher

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Schedule: Full-time 8-hour shifts; part-time 3+ hours per day

Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

Work Location: On-site (telework not available)
