WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Teacher Aide, you'll work closely with the Lead Teacher to help children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines.

• Supervising and engaging children to encourage their growth, development, and learning.

• Preparing and organizing classroom materials.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom.

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.

• Supporting the teaching team in creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Your contribution matters! As a valued member of the teaching team, you'll help make every child's classroom experience a positive one.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Dependable, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children.

• Willingness to support teachers and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

JOB DETAILS

Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available.

Schedule Options:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts.

• Part-time: 3+ hours per day.

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Location: On-site only (telework is not available).
