Bambini Montessori Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our teaching team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities

As a Teacher Aide, you will:

• Assist with classroom activities and daily routines

• Supervise and engage with children to support their growth and learning

• Prepare and organize classroom materials

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

The Teacher Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Requirements for Teacher Aide

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• Minimum 1 year of related experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Schedule Options:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts

• Part-time: 3+ hours/day

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: On-site (telework not available)
