Lead Teacher Qualifications

Required

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 45-hour Child Growth & Development certification

  • 45-hour Preschool Curriculum certification (for Preschool Teachers)

  • 45-hour Infant/Toddler certification (for Infant/Toddler Teachers)

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a licensed childcare center or 30 college credits

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices

  • Commitment to continuous professional growth

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities

 

Preferred

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Schedule

  • Full-Time: 8-hour shifts

  • Part-Time: Minimum of 3 hours per day

 

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday
7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Location

On-site only (Remote work is not available)
