Role Summary One full-time person dedicated to generating qualified leads and making the phones ring consistently for both businesses:
- Bambini Montessori Academy
- Window Depot / Bay Bath Remodel
Core focus: Use whatever tactics work best (ethically) to drive real inquiries, appointments, and calls — digital, offline, events, partnerships, or any combination. Track performance rigorously, eliminate what doesn't work, scale what does, and deliver measurable growth in leads and calls.
We provide overall goals and background on current efforts; the person owns strategy and execution with minimal day-to-day supervision. This is a results-driven role, not content creation or posting for its own sake.
Salary & Incentives
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience and track record)
- Bonuses: Monthly or quarterly, directly linked to results (e.g., bonuses for 20–50%+ increases in leads/calls) — strong performer could reach $70k–$90k+ total in year one
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off (through Bambini)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, on-site/office-based in Chesapeake Beach, MD, with occasional travel to Gambrills, Ellicott City, or Annapolis area for events, meetings, or promotions

No assumptions about "one best channel" — prove you can identify and optimize what actually works for local education and home services.
You'll drive growth across:
- Bambini Montessori Academy (premium Montessori childcare in Gambrills & Ellicott City)
- Window Depot & Bay Bath Remodel (windows, doors, siding, bathroom transformations in Annapolis area)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, test, and execute lead-generation tactics that convert (any channel or method that drives volume and quality)
- Create promotions, outreach, and events that prompt immediate calls or bookings (e.g., consultations, specials, open houses)
- Handle targeted prospecting to reach ideal customers (families for childcare, homeowners for remodels)
- Track all sources: leads, calls, costs, ROI — report weekly, adjust fast, and focus on scalable wins
- Own optimization: Eliminate underperformers, amplify winners, aim for consistent month-over-month gains
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (required)
- 2–5 years generating leads for local service businesses (childcare/education, home improvement, or similar) with verifiable proof (share metrics like "% increase in calls," "leads per month," etc.)
- Strong multi-channel thinking — adaptable, data-driven, no single-tool bias
- Independent executor — we set targets, you deliver without constant supervision
- Local to Maryland; able to work on-site in Chesapeake Beach office and travel occasionally to Gambrills, Ellicott City, or Annapolis area
