Balance Solutions is a large physical therapy private practice and wellness clinic providing exceptional health care, excellent customer service and incredible clinical outcomes.

We are growing and we need a new Physical Therapist to join our team of more than 15 treating therapists! 

 

We are looking to fill both full time and/or part time positions

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care to all patients
• Keep accurate treatment notes and patient records
• Diagnose patient complaints by analyzing patient’s health history, questioning, observing and examining patients
• Lead and work with physical therapist assistants and massage therapists where patients are co-managed
• Give and receive support to and from your team members
• Embody the professionalism of the post and be a role model for your team members
• Achieve and be accountable for your clinical and non-clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management
• Lead, assist and contribute to the running of internal and external marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met

Full Training and Support:

Our model of patient-centered care means our physical therapists and massage therapists work collaboratively with our patients to ensure they are respected, informed, engaged, supported and treated with compassion throughout their care. 

 

We help our community of patients to feel and function at their very best and maintain this state through regular wellness care. We offer many services to our patients, beyond physical therapy and massage. Additional services include Pilates private reformer and mat classes, TRX, Dry Needling, Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, Myofascial Release and Personal Training/Maintenance services.  Additional services have been developed, with the support of Balance Solutions, by individual therapists with a passion to provide these services and advance their careers.

 

Our therapists make use of a variety of techniques including McKenzie, Mulligan, Maitland, Barnes, Paris, Herdman and more to achieve the best clinical outcomes for our patients.

 

Our services include; orthopedic & neurological  physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy,  massage therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy, dry needling, deep tissue laser therapy, Pilates reformers, TRX and more!
