The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Collision Customer Service Support located at Wayzata Collision Center, the Automotive Collision Customer Service Support is responsible for ensuring that the customers are kept up to date on their vehicle status along with a number of additional duties

Job Duties:

  • Track and record payments from customers and insurance.
  • Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Update all guests on a regular basis. 
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and transfer calls.
  • Check with Management at the end of each shift before leaving the dealership to make sure they do not need anything additional.
  • Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy..
  • Parts Ordering: Work with Parts to order/locate all parts needed for repair.
  • Quality Check: Review all finalized work to ensure all work performed meets or exceeds the standards of The Wayzata Auto Center Collision Repair.
  • File Reconciliation: Review your file to make sure all documents are up-to-date, all signatures are captured and proper documentation is in file.
  • Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.

Job/Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent- required
  • CDK experience- preferred
  • Excellent oral communication skills- required
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel- required
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy- required
