Service Support Clerk - Austin Subaru

Austin Subaru is in need of a Service Support Clerk to help manage repair orders. The Service Support Clerk is responsible for creating, invoicing, booking, and closing repair orders. Previous experience is a plus but not a must. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with daily deposit for service/parts as needed 
  • Closing all customer pay(Only) and internal ROs
  • Scanning all ROs they have closed 
  • verifying warranty/extended warranty ro’s are ready for scanning per the warranty check list 
  • Scanning and flagging all warranty/extended warranty paperwork
  • Updating open ROs in Axcessa and helping advisors complete paperwork to close ROs

Qualifications:

  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Punctuality in reporting to work
  • Adaptive to change
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Hours:

  • This is a part-time position
  • Monday-Saturday from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Off Wednesday and Sunday

Compensation:

  • Starting at $20 an hour
