Sales Consultant

We are looking for eager Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at Auffenberg Mazda located in Shiloh, IL! Our Sales Consultants enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships & create customers for life by assisting them in selecting the perfect vehicle through attentive questioning and listening.
• Serve as the vehicle expert by mastering the in’s & out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technology.
• Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase features and benefits.
• Follow up consistently with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Develop skills to overcome objections and excel in various sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager with updates on objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your ‘A game’ every day to contribute to a vibrant team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer needs.
• Eagerness to rapidly learn and master new product information.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and understand customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance to represent the company.
• Clean driving record ensuring responsible and safe driving.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
