Position Overview: Sales Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role combines excellent customer service with sales responsibilities, helping customers find the right products or services while ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

As a key point of contact, you will handle sales internet leads, inbound/ outbound phone calls, customer concerns, etc. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

• Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of customer notes

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service goals

• Collaborate with other departments
