Part Time Receptionist

South metro automotive dealership is seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to handle a busy, multi-faceted position that requires organization, common sense and a positive attitude. Must be able to work Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities consist of but not limited to:
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly.
Directs caller to correct department or individual.
Notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
Data entry and various clerical tasks.
Collect and enter customer deposits and payments.
Provide general support to our Sales & Service departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Punctuality & good attendance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
