Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately per dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to assess systems and components
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional service needs
• Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification preferred
• Skilled in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
• Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a drive for continuous improvement
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
