Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the dealership and assist.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Guide customers in selecting the perfect Audi for their needs.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, and dealership benefits.
- Conduct dealership tours for potential customers.
- Highlight available upgrades, accessories, and options.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Overcome objections, close deals, and follow the sales process.
- Communicate daily with your sales manager about goals and progress.
- Maintain customer data in our CRM system.
- Uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must pass a pre employment drug screen and background check.
