Your Role: Experienced Service Advisor

We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused Service Advisor who already knows how to excel in a fast-paced, high-end dealership environment. The ideal candidate will bring proven automotive service experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism, confidence, and care.

• Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently.

• Communicate repair recommendations and service updates clearly and transparently.

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

• Exceed customer expectations and maintain top CSI scores.

• Maintain required Audi Academy certifications and contribute to team success.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Audi or luxury brand preferred)

• Proven success in achieving service sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with DMS and CRM systems

• Professional, punctual, and motivated to grow in a performance-driven team

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
