Jaguar Land Rover Cape Fear is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about luxury vehicles, building relationships, and providing a best-in-class client experience, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner

• Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with integrity and knowledge

• Stay current on product knowledge for Jaguar, Land Rover, and certified pre-owned vehicles

• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

• Follow up with prospects and clients through phone, text, and email

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not required)

• Jaguar Land Rover experience preferred but not necessary

• Passion for luxury vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-starter with a drive to succeed and exceed goals

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
