Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers and sales staff during New and Used Car Customer delivery, providing detailed explanation of innovative services and all aspects and features and functions of the individual vehicle.
  • Work directly with Service staff and customers to assist with vehicle features, technology, connectivity and general questions.
  • Be always up to date about products, technologies and trends to provide high level knowledge for customers and colleagues
  • Be informed about the competitor products and technologies
  • Work with Sales Staff and managers on an as needed basis, to carry out analyses and find out interests/specific preferences of the customers
  • As needed and/or required, be prepared to meet and greet customers to begin Sales Process.
  • Act as a Product Expert and support Sales Consultants and Service Department in case of questions (demonstration and explanation in configuration phase if required)
  • Execution of test drive (support activities for the sales consultant) and detailed handover of the customer to the sales consultant
  • Prepare test drive car in advance (fuel, cleanliness, preheat/cool down car in winter/summer, place refreshments, enter suitable radio channel and exciting test drive route in navigation system)
  • Preparation and complete execution of second delivery (Connect activation, additional explanations and other services, if not done in the first delivery)
  • Be prepared and know the car/customer and his/her specifics (bought the car when? Why this model and features?)
  • Work with Sales Management and Sales Staff to assist with internet lead response process.
  • Assist Sale Staff and Management on Inventory Management and Merchandising.
  • Become proficient in use of Customer Relationship Management Tool assisting with and documenting when needed, all aspects of Sales Process
  • Collaborate and assist management with Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for Social Media Marketing and website.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven background in retail sales and or/customer service.
  • Must have proven background using selling, training, and/or explaining technology and complex features and processes to customers.
  • Must demonstrate and have proven background indicating understanding and basic proficiency in MS office product suite. 
  • Ideal candidate has experience in Luxury Customer Care/Customer Service Position.
