Location: Atzenhoffer Chevrolet – Victoria, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
Atzenhoffer Chevrolet is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to join our team. This individual will assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks to support the accounting department. The Office Clerk will also work with essential title and registration work and ensure that records and documentation are accurately maintained and processed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
  • Assist with car title work, ensuring accurate processing and timely submission to the DMV
  • Support the accounting office with invoice processing, receipting, and account reconciliation
  • Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors
  • Maintain customer and vehicle records with up-to-date, accurate information
  • Distribute mail and assist with document preparation as needed
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations required
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
