Position Summary:
Atzenhoffer Chevrolet is hiring an Administrative Support Specialist to assist with the smooth operation of our office. This position supports various departments and is responsible for handling clerical work, customer service interactions, and vehicle title processing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across departments including accounting and sales
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and document requests
  • Assist with car title work, ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and internal communications
  • Help process customer transactions and internal documentation
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and guests

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
