Position Highlights:

• Assist customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process
• Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
• Utilize social media and other platforms to build your personal brand and promote the dealership
• Maintain knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory, current incentives, and financing options
• Keep the showroom and lot organized and customer-ready
• Deliver vehicles to guests in a professional, efficient manner
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
• Use CRM tools to manage customer communication and follow-up

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
