Director of Nursing (DON) - Home Health

Company: Attend Home Care - Ohio

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (Full-Time)  + $2,500 Sign On Bonus!!!

What You Will Do:

• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure excellent, patient-centered care
• Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with home health regulations and standards
• Develop, update, and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs
• Provide training, coaching, and performance support for nurses and field staff
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new clinical staff
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient care plans and outcomes to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Handle escalated patient or family concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Prepare for surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
• Help shape the agency’s growth and clinical direction as we expand

What You Will Have:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Strong leadership experience in home health, hospice, or a similar healthcare setting
• Excellent understanding of state and federal home health regulations
• Experience managing clinical teams and improving quality of care
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and support a diverse team
• A passion for patient safety, excellence, and continuous improvement
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow with an expanding agency
