Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and interpret vitals, EEG, and hemodynamic data.
• Manage complex equipment including ventilators, IV pumps, and monitors.
• Administer specialized medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to adjust treatment plans.
• Provide emotional support to families and maintain compassionate communication. 
   

• Registered Nurse license in Virginia (or compact state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and ability to act quickly in life-saving situations
