Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position 

Location: Beverly, MA 

Job Type: Travel Contract   

Duration: 13 weeks  

Shift: 4x12s Days, Nights, Flexible 

Pay: $3815/week  

 

Job Description:  

We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical RN to join our team. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions and post-surgical needs, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing complex patient cases. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical unit. 

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. 

  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately. 

  • Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to care. 

  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to optimize patient outcomes. 

  • Educate patients and families regarding conditions, medications, and discharge instructions. 

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA 

  • Current BLS & ACLS certifications 

  • Minimum 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience
