Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical RN to join our team. The Med Surg RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, monitor their progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation. 

• Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and the care team. 

• Develop and update individualized care plans. 

• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. 

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation. 

• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards. 

Qualifications:  

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MO 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) 

• COVID vaccine, TB test 

• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
