Location: Baltimore, MD

Contract Type: Travel

Duration: 14 weeks

Shift: 5×8 Days

Pay: $2,444/week

Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is based in the General OR, supporting a fast-paced surgical environment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary surgical team.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in perioperative nursing, able to adapt quickly, and committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care throughout all phases of surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile field

• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff

• Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Maryland or compact state)

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required

• BLS certification required

• ACLS preferred

• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
