Pay: $2,624.40/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit travel assignment. The RN will provide specialized care to high-risk and critically ill newborns, including preterm and medically complex infants. Candidates must be comfortable floating to Pediatrics and Postpartum units and taking couplet care assignments when needed. Cerner experience is required, and all required pre-arrival learning modules must be completed before start.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to NICU patients from extreme preterm through term
• Manage ventilated and high-acuity neonatal patients
• Administer IV therapy, TPN, and specialized neonatal medications
• Monitor and interpret neonatal cardiac and respiratory status
• Support high-risk deliveries alongside neonatal teams
• Float to Pediatrics and Postpartum units as required
• Provide couplet care assignments in Postpartum when assigned
• Document all care in Cerner EMR and related neonatal systems
• Collaborate with neonatologists, NNPs, and respiratory therapy

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at submission
• Recent Level III NICU experience required
• Must be comfortable floating to Pediatrics and Postpartum
• Must be comfortable with couplet care assignments
• Cerner charting experience required
• Strong neonatal IV skills required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• NRP certification required
• PALS certification required
• Ability to complete all required pre-start modules before arrival
