Pay: $2,586/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment providing home-based rehabilitation services across assigned geographic areas. The role supports post-acute patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and mobility-related conditions. The schedule is primarily weekday daytime hours with some weekend coverage. Candidates must be comfortable with home health documentation requirements and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in home-based care settings
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic, stroke, joint replacement, and spinal injury cases
• Complete required OASIS assessments and documentation
• Document care in the Cerner charting system
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility plans
• Travel within assigned geographic territory

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required at submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year PT experience required
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Home health experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible daytime schedules
• Comfortable providing care in home-based settings
