Shift: 4×10 Days (rotating; 2×8 + 2×12 within 06:30–23:00)
Pay: $2,988/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports a high-acuity Cardiovascular Operating Room at a Level I Trauma facility, assisting with complex cardiac, vascular, and transplant procedures. Flexibility with rotating shifts, call, and weekend coverage is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant procedures
• Scrub and/or circulate for CVOR cases including CABG, valve repairs/replacements, AAA, EVAR/TEVAR, TAVR, and related procedures
• Assist with pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care and monitoring
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to OR safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, perfusionists, and the interdisciplinary team
• Accurately document care using EPIC
• Participate in shared call rotation and weekend coverage as scheduled

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Ohio or compact) in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years overall OR experience
• Minimum 2 years cardiac and vascular experience
• At least 1 year CVOR experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Certifications: BLS (ACLS/NIHSS preferred per unit)
• EPIC charting experience required
• Strong skills in CVOR, General OR, Hybrid OR, and complex cardiovascular procedures
• Ability to be flexible with rotating shifts and call requirements
